Join us for this exciting and participative event. The new Northern Ireland Children’s Commissioner and the children in BELONG programme will hold this year’s Children’s Court in Armagh City Hotel on 18 April. The children will present their experience and perspective o Children’s Rights issues affecting their day to day lives. Through their creative art and their direct presentations to the court, this year the children will specifically address key duty bearers on The Child’s Right to be Safe. The Children’s Law Centre and Anti-Bullying Forum will be facilitating workshops with both children as rights holders and adults (NGO’s, statutory providers, Parents and Carers) as duty bearers. There will be ample opportunity to engage and network with BELONG stakeholders.
The Children’s Commissioner, Koulla Yiasouma, will preside over the court and provide her assessment of progress and work remaining to be done.
As this event, in the Armagh City Hotel, is by invitation only, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend. You will be very welcome
